This version (20000808) of the LegalXML Transcript Working
Group Charter reflects changes to incorporate the extension
of the work group to cover streamed realtime transcript. The
streamed realtime is to be a second standard that will run
parallel to the work of creating a static transcript standard.
(Old): The working group charter defines the scope of
activities surrounding the definition of LegalXML transcript
The chairs of the Transcripts Workgroup are Eddie O Brien
and Davin Fifield (firstname.lastname@example.org).

Document Model: The transcript
document model gives the group a common starting point from
which to discuss the structure of transcripts. It uses XML-like
syntax to describe a general "architecture" for
transcripts. For users less familiar with the structure of
transcript documents, or of XML, this is a good starting point.
DTD/Schemas: The LegalXML-Transcript
DTDs and schemas currently under development. (Includes a
nice tree image of the overall structure of the DTD.)
