Legal XML met in Atlanta, Georgia, on March 3, 2000, for its second face to face meeting.  Minutes were taken of the meeting.  Presentations were given by the Administrative, Communications, and Contracts Workgroups.

The Organizing Committee held its second meeting and stayed close to the agenda.  Minutes were taken.
